before we don our collective hats for ideas to spend this on, it says 'but the Premier League has strict guidelines on what the money can be spent on for supporters.'

can you inform us on what these strict guidelines are ?

    Surely the 'strict guidelines' will be the same, or if not very similar ones, to those applied when we won it last year ?
