    Iain Dowie
    Les Reed
    Phil Parkinson (basing this purely on his 8 game caretaker spell which he didn't win a game and was given the job anyway - not saying he wasn't a good appointment overall)

    Guy Luzon
    Karel Fraeye
    Jose Riga part 2
