"A brace from striker Matt Smith wasn't enough for an inexperienced Hoops side, who were held in an entertaining clash in W12.
Addicks trialist Leon Best gave the visitors the lead in the second minute with a curling effort before a double from Smith put the Hoops back into the lead.
But with 15 minutes to go, Joe Dodoo popped up with an equaliser to put the League One side level."
Fair play thats a detailed report, not sure thats a weak QPR team either?
It's an ok QPR team. One or two with loads of experience and the rest fringe players. We had a strongish team out but did include Dijksteel and Mascoll. All good really.
Good for Dodoo and Best. Think Best must be close to being offered a contract. Don't think he's a bad punt. Can lead the line. Not a natural goalscorer, but a handful like Josh, and as we know we get goals from all over the pitch, as per our set up. A six month pay as you play contract would be ideal.
It should be noted QPR are midtable in the league above us having spent a lot of money on their squad. While this match is about staying sharp and fit, drawing with them isn't bad.

Admittedly they also had Joanna Lumley in goal and a chair in midfield
