Training at 7 am when our next match in 3 days is at 7.45pm. Wouldn't it be better to keep them late or do an evening session?2

It's always closing the door once the horse has bolted with Robinson - has he not worked out yet if you set the team up properly BEFORE the game you won't need them to be in early to watch the horror shows.
I'm not surprised we don't win many right now what with the injury list, but I expect them to turn up for the match, don't care if the average age of the defence was 21 or whatever, todays performance was unacceptable, and thats not the first one in the last 4 years is it.
Strange that from the late 80's to the mid 00's when I used to go to a lot more away games I don't recall many where the team didn't turn up. Sure we lost plenty, but we gave it a go..........15 -

Just read the full article, is it just me that thinks this is a strange thing to say? Isn't it his job as manager to find out about the weather and state of the pitch? He should then decide whether the team need to change the way they play to counter it - ideally before the game and if not get the message across during it.
We had a back four that are all comfortable on the ball and we play a lone striker. Why expect them to decide to start launching long balls to Josh? Given where they've come from I'm sure they'd have all grown up in teams that aim to play out from the back.2 -
