Used to always watch this. Caught a few minutes the other night and concluded that, irrespective of recent controversy, it is well past its sell by date.

Bit harsh to bin Torode for a single comment made many years ago but the spanner can definitely do one. I'm sure most of us has said something uneducated and inappropriate in our past.

    He's a Spanner...

Think about it, don't give a shit, move on within 5 seconds.
  • He isn't going quietly is he?
Should be entertaining I guess when he gets his day in court.

He has obviously lost a lot of future income. He has obviously been empowered in terms of his behaviours so maybe he has a case if he can show he needed to be challenged and supported. When there are a large number of complaints, it is pretty damning though. I can't see him getting any compendation although the BBC may be criticised,

I quite like the fact that Charlton don't have many famous supporters.

Imagine having to put up with him being a fan of your club.

Gemma Arterton could have a dump on the middle of the pitch on Saturday and I think I would still forgive her.

What if Charlton were 4-0 up at home to Millwall when she did it and the ref had to call the game off?

    I think id forgive her

To be honest I think the editing out of Torode and Wallace interactions is a bit of a farce. Once it was decided to show it which was the correct decision in my opinion then they should have just shown it. It’s not like anyone viewing wouldn’t be aware of the situation regarding the two presenters.
We've watched a couple of episodes and it don't seem any different from before

I thought the BBC spends licence payers money, not tax payers money.
It's the same thing, TV licence is a tax and i can't be bothered to lower myself to argue with anybody that doesn't agree.
Is it? I don't have a TV license.

You don't pay fuel tax if you don't own a car, doesn't mean it's not a tax?

I’ve watched it all so far & we’ve finally got to knock out week.
Thank feck because they’ve had to edit so many people out who had been offended by the eejit that there were literally folk popping up in episodes to cook we hadn’t seen before.
    Ridiculous.
Bring on Anna Haugh & Grace 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Finals week saw no Greg at all & Anna Haugh stepped in.
So glad we got to see this series as the final 3 were amazing and any of them could have won.
Delighted for the winner though, brilliant 🤩
