Really exciting day today, but 'Done Deal' or not, the race hasn't finished until the legal completion of sale date. None of us really know how long it'll take to dot the 'i's and cross the 't's, or whatever it is that they're doing.

A rare post from me as I mainly just read on here. My birthday today so picked Roland out as a great 51st birthday present. However didn’t realise it was a Sunday when I picked it so not really in the running. Still it would be nice to hear some good news today. A shit result yesterday and some terrible whinging on the other threads would be good to hear something positive.

Lifers like @Grapevine49 would know if a deal could be concluded on a Sunday. It would seem unlikely though.
Also, the postal service to Australia is shocking. Who knows how long it would take the contracts to go to and fro for signing!
