Lauren Holiday, former US Women's midfielder and World Cup and Olympic Gold Medal winner arguably less famous than her NBA husband Jrue Holiday (they are a very cute couple).
Couple more from that team, Alex Morgan the center forward is far more popular than her husband who plays for Orlando City. And Sydney Leroux is less famous, arguably, than Dom Dwyer.
Ashley Cole
Robbie Rodgers' partner Greg Berlin is a really successful screen writer. Neither are household names but I think that one is worth a shout. Rogers was the first openly gay player to play in a top flight league in football. Really promising but inconsistent as a young winger, and he was never able to put it all together, I suspect in large part down to constant injuries and what he's described as struggling with his sexuality.
