I've just realised I haven't put the number of letters in the answers. If you're unfamiliar with cryptic crosswords they must seem nonsensical, but hopefully seeing the explanations of the answers might make them a little clearer...

Black and white scarf would be 5,3,5,5. Is it that?

It is, Thai. I mucked up the number of letters in the clue, I'm afraid...
Black & White is a whisky, Ascot is a type of scarf.

May I add another six clues? Possibly a bit easier, but they always look easy when you set them.

    1. A tinker becomes an executive. (7)

    2. Sound like up to now it might be comfortable. (4)

    3. Governmental Department entraps the Queen. (9)

    4. Keyboard is not in the office! (6,3)

    5. To be different, I trust Millwall's ground. (2, 7)

    6. Start with irrational number of bottomless dumplings and end up with nothing. (9)
