I don't think SCP should come back. I think whoever comes next should be a young hungry one. With a buy in to our history and the work in the community. But have no clue who.

Still no choices? You know, just hypothetically like?
Gutted that SCP isn't available anymore. I think I would have exploded with happiness if I could have experienced a week incorporating a takeover, the scouser's departure and SCP's return.
So with that option off the table, first choice would be Nathan Jones, second choice would be Danny Cowley of Lincoln. Both tactically astute and conduct themselves with class and dignity, so the complete opposite of Robinson.
I’ve largely been behind him till today, game after game he gets it wrong and we don’t kill off the game. Aribo must be wondering what he has to do to get a game. Was arguably our best player through that patch of games then he dropped him and we’ve fell apart again.
Jackson & Bowyer until the end of the season would be my choice, if they do a great job maybe even get us promoted then let them stay in charge, if not then we start talking to Southend about compensation.

As I said ages ago, KR is a one trick pony, only changes formation when desperate in last few minutes
Spot on. That sums him up. Tonight for 30 minutes we were crying out for something to change, but Robinson just watched as Bradford carved us to pieces, and failed to make a substitution or charge tactics. Every single person in the ground new that Bradford were going to score. The bloke is a wanker.

Both a good shout as is Gareth Ainsworth at Wycombe.
I think KR has worked incredibly hard since he got here and looked under the bonnet of a Duchatalet owned football club and realised how bad it is. Had Lookman sold and was given pocket change to reinvest
Felt we picked up a couple of decent players in the summer given that we were largely limited to free transfers and loans
The season started well and for a period, we looked like we could challenge. Not disputing a lot of the points his detractors raise, but would like to see what he can do with a stable owner and a fresh start, as I don’t think many managers could do a good job under RD

Or not.
Just when you thought he couldn’t get anymore basic he’s goes from wrong subs to no subs.
A man that holds so much fear about his own tactical knowledge he’s now become a reactive manager instead of a proactive one.
Nice guy, talks too much and ultimately not good enough.
Now, who do you want in charge?
There's going to be 100 new posts on this thread by tomorrow lunchtime.

1: Instill new tactics ideas and an new approach.
2: have a chance to assess the team before the summer window.
He was from Shrewsbury.
The evolution of Charlton.
Catchy.
Come on Paulie, join in.
Just say who you would like as KR's replacement.
It could be a fringe candidate.
Or a perm anent appointment.
