Omen spotted on way to ground: two red Charlton* kites, flying directly over a railway!
Here's one of them, snapped in traditional 'smartphone held to binoculars' fashion.

Nice pic. Such beautiful birds. Have a great memory of seeing what was then a very rare Red Kite flying majestically over the town of Shaftesbury back in '87. This was long before the reintroduction programme, when there were just 50 pairs remaining in Wales and none at all in England. Assumed it was a wanderer from the continent. Anyway, back to the game.
Red Kites are prominent close to the M 40, particularly around Stokenchurch and surrounding area. As the crow (Kite) flies not so far to Milton Keynes from there.
If they fuck up and fail to hold on to a lead yet again it will almost be reaching levels of ridiculousness.
Be interested to see how many times we have let leads slip this year. Can’t do the squads confidence any good and will be in the back of their minds every time they take the lead
Sadly our last three results have meant that if we dont start winning the standard games, we'll then desperately need to win those, rather than them being an added bonus

How are we playing since the goal?
Hope we're not taking our foot off the gas or surrendering initiative.
Or time-wasting in the 20th minute.
Shame he doesnt get forward more often as knows how to finish!!
