Kaepernick will end up playing in the XFL or something
Vince McMahon has already dismissed that idea. CFL maybe.
You mean to tell me the Republican who has donated millions of dollars to Trump's foundations and the like doesn't want Kaep in his new football league?
I think he knows whatever he does he's never playing in the NFL again. He's doing the right thing in my eyes. Good luck Colin
He should just go into court and say I rest my Case.....(Keenum $20mill)
Keenum’s last season is as good if not better than Kaep’s best.
Nothing will convince me that Keenum is as good as Kaep.
Honestly i do think his time out has made people overrate him, while it shouldn’t be a factor in the first place his percieved ‘baggage’ along with his limitted ability just makes him untouchable to most teams.
Redskins acquire quarterback Kevin Hogan and a 2018 sixth-round pick (No. 205 overall) from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for a 2018 sixth-round pick (No. 188 overall)
... To demand a trade and find out you're worth 17 spots in the sixth round of the draft, that must be a bit deflating

I expect he'd be glad to be traded for the 256th draft spot just to get out of Cleveland!
I think all the QBs at the top of the draft have significant red flags.
Darnold... increasing turnovers, poor decision making, went backwards last year Rosen.... disliked by teammates, turnovers increased last year Allen... very inaccurate passer, has never been tested Mayfield... is 5'11".
Of the above, if Mayfield was not so short, he would be my top pick. If Rosen were not a brat, he would be my top pick as he is the most NFL ready. Allen is a project. I guess that leaves Darnold as the default best QB.
But I think the fact the top 3 picks will be QBs says more about the NFL than it does the QBs.

Cleveland isn’t the quite end of the world - but you can see it from there.
Rudolph did in college what traditionally projects well into the pros... he got better every year he was a full-time starter. Darnold, Rosen, Allen... they were all mixed bags on that front.
Seems like quite a few potential QBs could go in Round 1: Allen, Rosen, Darnold, Mayfield, Jackson, Rudolph.
For my Jags, I would be really interested to see a sneaky Kyle Lauletta pick. Improved year-on-year and throws accurately (maybe not with huge power, but accurately).
NB This is the first draft I've tried to follow and it's all very exciting!

This could be the best draft in years.
A lot depends on what the Giants do at #2 and Colts at #6.
A lot of execs are expecting QBs to go at 1,2 and 3, even in the existing order. That's without the Giants and / or Colts potentially trading with the Bills, Dolphins or maybe even the Pats, Cards or Ravens for a spot.

Wow, I knew there was a big decision coming today re: Cowboys and Bryant but I was thinking maybe a contract extension, I didn't expect that - if he can find his best form then his new team will have one hell of a player. All in on a receiver in the first round then.
Expected this move earlier on. Thought they might keep him at this point. He's nowhere near where he was but could still a good job in the slot somewhere.

Really impressed with Rudolph here. I hope he doesn't make it to New England. Wouldn't be too sad about the Ravens taking him at 16.
