Professor Waffle needs to shut up a bit. OK he needs to shut up a lot.
We have not been "dominating" games, including yesterday, we've merely had the bulk of possession - two completely different things.
Passing the ball around forty yards from the oppo's goal, or even worse across the back four and 'keeper, at a pace that would be considered slow in an over-60s match does nothing to hurt the oppo; in fact most of the time they are quite happy to allow us to do that as it poses no danger to them whatsoever.3 -
Another season which will have 3/4 home matches which will have nothing to play for. It is going to feel even worse this season,because every opposition left to The Valley are chasing promotion.
Apathy has taken its toll with the players, manager and supporters. Overall, a very predictable and fitting ending to Roland's tenure.

I don't think Marshall's crossing is that bad - it can be variable - he doesn't have the players to take advantage when he lobs it in. He needs to drive into his box and beat his man more than he does - that is his problem.1
