Well deserved happiness is @Henry Irving losing another promote.
Once again admin showing their wise counsel and thoroughly justified decision which took longer than Katrien choosing a manager.
I admire their resilience and dedication to the cause4 -

Oh man, the only part of the squad that will be nearly impossible to replace. Our loss will be another workplace's gain. All the best, Tracey.15

Reflecting on her departure, Leaburn said: "It has been an incredibly difficult decision to leave the club, but after 10 years, I feel the time is right for a new challenge.
“I have absolutely loved my time at Charlton and have had the pleasure of working with and meeting so many fantastic people. Charlton truly has a wonderful fanbase who have supported so much of what we’ve tried to achieve. Like them, I’m looking forward to cheering on the boys in the Championship."
Club chairman Gavin Carter added: "We wish Tracey all the very best for the future. She has done an outstanding job during her time at Charlton, not only in her day-to-day responsibilities but also through the many ways she has gone above and beyond her role.
"In particular, she has been the driving force behind our pioneering matchday PSA testing initiative, which has saved many lives over the past eight years. This is something we are immensely proud of and will continue to support as a football club.
"While we are sad to see her go, Tracey will always be part of the Charlton community."

Sad news, she’s been a shining light amongst the crap owners. And of course one of the courageous team members that ousted Southall and co. Thanks for everything TJ.4
