So cool can totally agree as I believe any new owner will spend a lot of time viewing this forum before making any big decisions.

Wasn't that set (assuming your referring to the SCP 100% banner) when there needed to be a clear and visible sign to the clubs ownership of the fans support for the manager? Not sure that's required now.
