    Finished now. Just really said a great atmosphere in dressing room and from fans. Also playing back to basics 4-4-2 and everyone playing for each other and competing in every position and challenging every team they play against. Drumming it into the squad for 48 hours that they must compete all over the pitch to have a chance as Shrewsbury need to be respected as they are quality.

    Also if we get through to Wembley he will miss a fishing trip he has had booked for 2 years, lol.

    Started off saying lads have adapted well in Championship, many first time at this level.
    Should have won Forest match but luck evened out with the brentford result
    Aribo would be better off playing in Championship, especially if it could have been us or Brentford, as he is a family boy far from home but understands he will learn under Steven Gerrard and he will adapt.
    Huddersfield link was nothing... feels Charlton is the right place for him to be at.
