He moved his hand down to the ball of course it was intentional
Leave it out, he had absolutely no time to get out of the way, that's never intentional. Rubbish decision and i say that as someone who wants France to win.
50-something woman who never watches football turned to me and said "if France win off that, I won't consider that a proper win" couldn't agree more. Not France's fault though to be fair.
I'd love to know why Perisic was jumping up with his arm at such a weird angle like that. Almost like if the ball happened to hit it, he could claim it was accidental and get away with it.
France are nothing for us to worry about for Euro 2020 / Qatar at this rate.
They look shit
Have you got a lot of money riding on Croatia or something?
They won their group, were superb against Argentina, beat a rock solid Uruguay quite comfortably and then beat Belgium who beat us fairly easily.
How exactly are they 'nothing for us to worry about'?
I just don’t want this World Cup being settled by two terrible decisions.
As the BBC pundits have said France have offered nothing. We can’t have the biggest game in sport being won by a team that look like they don’t belong there.
They need to turn it on to win the respect of the football world second half.
Fact is - they have looked useless in this game yet are somehow winning it.

He was in motion his arms were moving the French player fluffed his lines he couldn’t have expected him to miss the ball and his hand touched it
In slow mo it may look like it but the World doesn’t move in slow motion
He can have no complaints IMO.

The fact that most cases hinge on whether it's meant to be deliberate means it'll always be 50/50 whether a penalty is deserved or not
Of course there will be obvious cases but it'll always be harder to get right than a late tackle or push etc.
The French dived for the free kick
Got an own goal
Nicked a pen that was no way a pen never in million years
Lineker just read the rules for a pen none of them are valid for that incident
Come on Croatia beat these French fuckas
