Arsenal fan tv is going to lose it's shit over this. They were to a man, all hoping for Allegri or Simeone.
The thing is, they’re a bit of a mess of a club with no accountability. Top players started turning their back over their gradual decline, they’re not gonna get a manager with pedigree and silver wear already under his belt
To me with Arteta (especially if Cazorla is his assistant) the danger is more of the same, nice looking football, but defensive frailties and a lack of workrate and bottle away from home
It's hard to see him making radical changes, or changing the mindset of some of their pampered stars (e.g. Ozil)

Totally agree, I think it’s more likely that Arsenal will finish outside the top 6 than finish in the top 4
Seriously, unless a really good team like Atletico crash out of the Champions League into the Europa League, Chelsea and Arsenal ought to see that as a great opportunity

Henry as assistant rumoured too

Arteta will last a season at most before a more experienced man comes in
Dont think they could have gone for anyone better than anyone else available; Anchelotti would of course been the best but only as a short term fix
Think this appointment is a disaster.
