There's the muslim school down Foxbury Avenue, Darul Aloom or something like that. I didn't even know it was there until I went along to the Chislehurst Half Marathon last weekend.

Hope its just a coincidence.
Cat Stevens founded or funded I think. Was set on fire by subhuman scum a few years back I recall.
On the day of our 2nd leg of play off when we went to Sydney arms to watch a guy came in, went into one of the sections of the pub. Smashed a chair over a bloke, came back through our section, out the front door and got back in his car and drove off. Apparently he knew the guy who was with his ex gf and he was meant to be at home looking after their child. Completely out of character for that area apparently. Hmmm. Don’t loads of gangsters live around there?!?

There is also a rifle club in Foxbury Avenue, just past the school and before you get to Glebe FC. I went to Glebe 6 or 7 times last season. Rifles being fired is a strange back drop to an evening football match.

Different area, but a mate of mine moved a road over from a clay pigeon shooting place recently - they moved in on the Saturday, he was up early Sunday with the kids, made breakfast etc then went for a morning constitional, window alightly ajar.
The morning's shoot started and apparently he's never stood up so fast in his life.
Think he's got used to a morning 'sh*t and shotguns' now.

It's like a jungle out there in Chislehurst.
We need to build a wall to keep all the gangs out of Bickley

Plenty of seepage in that direction these days...even Nigel's brother has taken that leap!

That pretty much sums it up, albeit a very expensive (to the taxpayer) nothing, with helicopters hovering for two hours and most of the OB from the local area, and the local police Twitter feed explaining that somebody thought they saw what might have been a gun. Seems that as well as being a mosque, the building in question is also HQ of the local (St Nicholas's) gun club...

And all the roadworks in the area as well. Must have been chaos.

plus when that mosque has a service the main road gets clogged up with people parking their cars on it.

Took an age to get from Bickley area to Perry Street only to be greeted by a copper telling us all to turn round as the road was closed.
That was about 7:15pm
The same cannot be said about Mr Anthony Blair.
