The window may be shut but that doesn't mean the door is closed on Lethal Lyle leaving - sometimes deals have a habit of taking a while to lodge paperwork and be announced.

Not that I wish to p155 on anyone's chips at this point ...

    Its not just twitter though.
I cant believe how wound up fans get about players leaving.
If he goes all the best and if he stays fine by me
    Fan is short for fanatic.
    Something you are not obviously.

As he was a season ticket holder for years until this season and he does more than his fair share of away games I would say he is.

I think Taylor is gone. No way is Rat turning down £2. He can buy an ice cream cone for that!

Cannot believe he would even consider going to Brentford. Need to get him signed on a longer contract now.

    Apparently there was one.
  • Some of the reaction and posts I have seen on here around Brentfords offers for Lyle Taylor have been embarrassing to read.

Possibly not far from the truth.

I can't believe Roland would've turned down 4m+, so i'm starting to wonder if he was even aware of the offers.
  • Have we turned a corner?

Is this 100 per cent genuine he’s staying?

Wow. This thread is bad enough but I’m So so glad I’m not one of those sad people who seem to live their lives on Twatter. Get some perspective - and get a fucking life

Brentford just made £10m on one season of Konsa. I hope it's true we've kicked them into touch. I hope they have another shit season too.

Yes had some idiots comments - but when you are on social media you do sort of allow yourself to be commented on by these dickheads

we probably have a fan base 5 times the size of Wimbledon - hence more prick comments.

And in fairness he currently has a year left on his contract so will go on a free at the end of the season, IF a new contract was signed then we would be celebrating but his goal could be the difference between league 1 and championship
