Judging by the impotence of Villa's forward line, Lyle Taylor is better that all of them now. They should go for him in their return to the Championship with Norwich and Bournemouth. Get Karlan Grant to play along side and they have 35 goals if they stay fit.

Someone who was very highly rated and part of the England youth set up before a horrific injury though. There is some pedigree there even if I'm not convinced by the consistency.
If we are relegated, there are two people to blame. Taylor for refusing to honour his contract, and Southall for the lies which resulted in the January transfer window embargo, and for failing to strengthen our goal scoring options. Their selfishness and self argandisement will never be forgotten.

Plenty said if he just finished his contract he could have left a hero , I questioned that because if he played the 3 he’d get slated for missing the last 6 .
