  • Two more goals for Lyle in the Vertue Cup. I think thats 5 in the league and 2 in the Cup.
Nice little earner for me that one. Clearly motivated against a former club. Shame the hatrick was out of his reach.

Are you going to do the same when he plays against Charlton?

Don’t blow that 45 pence profit all at once!
    Wins a win.

I note you never seem to post a losing bet on the majority of games when he hasn't scored.

I’ve never seen a 50p win greeted with a Boom apart from your last one . Imagine if  it had been 75p.

That is true. I also had small bets on the double and hatrick today but was up overall today in Lyle Taylor bets. He seems to be in a richer run of form presently (i.e. playing and scoring).

I guess he has found his level...which now appears to be a bigish fish in a very small pond in the lower half of league two

  • Another league goal,  vs Gills, 6 in league 2 in cup

Keep up mate. Money to be made. Tougher game on Sunday home to Doncaster-

  • One more vs Donnie 7 in league.Another good strike. plus 2 in cup comps.

Just read the last 4 or 5 pages of this thread. Charlton fans baiting other Charlton fans about someone who played for us years ago. Truly bizarre. Bunch of fcuking weirdos.
It's taken you all these  years to work that out, offit?

Lost 2-1 to Cheltenham. Played 66 minutes, 4 shots. 1 goal. Colchester out of the Vertu Trophy.
  • 10 goals in all competitions, and just over half a season.
Definitely better than Lapado or Hylton
Definitely would be in the top three of our strike force (behind Leaburn and T.Campbell)

Bring him back on a six month loan to continue our play-off surge.
Good can pay off his debts to the club
  • Saw Bromley vs Colchester. Lyle had 1 assist and 1 blocked shot. This may annoy fans with a certain mindset but he still has the guile, craftiness  and nose for goal that we saw years ago. He has lost alittle pace. But lasted 60/65 mins or so.
He helped out in defence, maybe lost one ball in hold up play that put Colchester under pressure.
So if we are going to have one place in the squad for an "elderly striker" eg Lapado, Hylton then LT is a far better choice.
I would prefer a young talent from PL, but we seem to have a space for a geriatric and he  would be better than these recent choices.
  • Lyle comes back and I'll fly back from Brazil for his first game at The Valley, that'd be a hoot.
