laptop not loading CL.....help please.

Firstly can I say that I'm not great with techy stuff so please be gentle with me.

Recently I have been unable to get CL on my laptop......my phone is fine. When I type in Charltonlife or search my browser history & click onto the link nothing happens. The whirly thing doesn't even start to suggest its looking for it. It comes up with the CL "logo" on the tab as if its connected to something but nothing appears on screen. Has it been blocked somehow & if so where & how do I rectify it.

For the record everthing else is fine & all other searches/browser history looks ok & nothing else is being blocked.

any answers ???

nust have been using the old one as just put in forum.charltonlife com and all working.
