Being left on the bench for two games now says to me that Ajose has already been told to piss offblackpool72 said:

Guess it'll be:
Phillips
Dijksteel | Cummings | Blumberg | Mascoll
Marshall | Morgan | Maloney | Dempsey
Ajose | Hackett-Fairchild4 -
Wowzers, shorter to have just tweeted “we don’t care about this competition...”ForeverAddickted said:0 -
Fair enough, Bowyer is only playing with the cards he's been dealt with. I still fancy us to win as well0

I'm not on twitter, but opening the link the team sheet only shows 10 players........ForeverAddickted said:

I honestly think Bowyer is doing the right thing and it could work in our favour - Bet ya barely anyone knew about Albie Morgan before this season yet in one game the lad has proven that he's good enough to play at this level (just perhaps not every week) - Joe Cummings or Ben Dempsey might be the next player who is able to adapt to First Team football and so be better than anyone we can bring in on loan (As I said about Sarkic potentially signing, I'd rather we bring through OUR kids rather than someone else's)
Of course at the end of the day we still need quantity with a few loanees but these kids might just surprise and add a bit of quality!!
COME ON YOU REDS!!3 -
Reckon it will be a diamond with Morgan at number 10 and maloney sitting. Be interesting to see how they get on, COYRs.ForeverAddickted said:Guess it'll be:

Dempsey is a CM. Very decent player too. He and Morgan were standout players in the U18 play off final win over Palace.ForeverAddickted said:Guess it'll be:

Wish the lads all the best but I am tempted to absolutely lump on franchise0

I honestly don’t recognised the names of 4 of those players.0

Dillon Phillips starts again behind what is expected to be a 3-5-2 formation. Anfernee Dijksteel, Jo Cummings and Blumberg start in defence. Marshall and Jamie Mascoll will cover the wing back roles with a midfield three of Morgan, Taylor Maloney and Dempsey. Ajose and Reeco Hackett-Fairchild start up front for the Addicks.5

Yeah good luck to the youngsters. It's good experience for them whatever the result. MK Dons have fielded a decent side it seems, and for many this is their first taste of senior football.
Excited to see Maloney. I love a good holding player, but also he seems to have a real class about him.1 -
Especially as someone on here said after Saturday that they rate him higher than MorganSDAddick said:Excited to see Maloney. I love a good holding player, but also he seems to have a real class about him.
I thought he had a better debut cameo than Lapslie did against Blackpool last season and disappointed not to be able to watch this one0 -

Two questions.
1. Where is Jed Steer?
2. How on earth do we have squad numbers that go up to 40?1 - Sponsored links:

So this is a true representation of how far we've fallen.
The team we put out on Saturday read like a League Cup round 1 side, with a smattering of under 23's in the squad.
This reads like a behind closed doors friendly played to get Ajose and Marshall up to full fitness after injury layoffs.

If he does have to come into the first team he won't learn anything or integrate any better for a run out with the youth.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Two questions.

As long as we don't pick up anymore injuries tonight and we get a result Saturday I'm a happy man4

The only way I could update a match thread would be by posting what I have just read on the BBC site! As soon as the matc starts I lose local radio...cafc-west said:0
