Not sure if someone has had any response but I have emailed them and got the below.
Hello Lee
Thank you for your email, we note your comments.
Generally speaking the EFL works with all its member Clubs in respect to the application of our regulations.
The EFL’s Owners’ and Directors’ Test (OADT) determines the eligibility of individuals that are involved in the ownership, management and administration of a club. The ODT is entirely objective in its approach and action cannot be taken against individuals based on subjective judgement. Instead the OADT criteria is constantly applied in that, should an owner or relevant person fall foul of any of the objective requirements of the test, then this would impact on their ability to retain their position. The OADT can be read in Appendix III
http://www.efl.com/global/appendix3.aspx.
In this respect the EFL will act should it be aware of any matter which breaches the regulations defined within the test.
Thank you for contacting the EFL.

Good Afternoon,
My names Lee. I am a very concerned fan of the above team.
I just wanted to know if the powers that be have seen the way that Charlton is being currently run at the moment?
We have no senior staff to help our caretaker manager operate a professional club in your league 1 division and I, like many other fans, are surprised that you dont consider stepping in to demand answers.
Apparently we are in the middle of a takeover so he is asset stripping and cutting cost at every opportunity. Its so bad that he insisted that our youth team cant even access water to keep cool in the heat and demands meeting take place with no lights to save on electricity.
Are you happy that a club playing under your care and the EFL brand, are being run this way?
Shame on this organisation.
If this was everyday life, we would have to contact the ombudsman so in this case, that is you.
Please look into this or pass it on.
Thanks,
Lee
and that, right there, shows how English football fans, the proper ones, are completely ****ed.
Good work though, @king addick, some decent people apparently work at the EFL. I'm not including the CEO in that.
