Extract from interview with Roland Duchatelet: Het Belang van Limburg (December 2017)

As a hobby he still has three football clubs with the German Carl Zeiss Jena, the Spanish AD Alcorcón, the British Charlton Athletic. The Hungarian Újpest is now in the hands of his son Roderick. And as is known, he sold STVV for the second time, this time at the Japanese DMM.com.

Well the above comments rounded off an interview with the journalist from Het Belang who listed all of Duchatelet's achievements, business interests and Companies but evidently Duchatelet was happy to have his football interests listed as hobbies!

Can he really be taken seriously by the EFL when he promotes this image of his ownership of Charlton?
