First half an hour was dreadful. Livened up before half-time then much better for most of second half - Reeves, Lapslie and Taylor too much for them. Though we had to cling on at the end...
Getting a bit concerned that we are picking up a lot of bookings.
Enjoyed it and thought in the second half we stepped it up when we needed to. Credit to Wycombe they came and had a good go, and for large periods were the better side.
Taylor was exceptional second half. Going to score a load this season so long as he stays fit and we keep creating chances.
Lapslie was brilliant when he came on, doing so well, congratulations to him. I do think we have to watch Pratley though, he is going to be booked a lot and possibly sent off this season.
Nervy at the end but this is Charlton, two wins from two and 3 goals at home. We are on a roll now so well done all, enjoyed watching it here abroad, not like being at The Valley but the next best thing.
Next weekend we have Cullen and Ward back, hopefully Bielik too. Reeves and Igor another week fitter, and another week closer to Fosu returning.
Get in. Well done all. Happier now so back to holiday. Thanks @ForeverAddickted for the help.
Maybe Bowyer is right. Once the injured players are fully fit we could have a go at promotion.
Was just thinking that.
From that squad today we have Fosu, Cullen, Ward, Bielik and Clarke to come back in plus a fully fit Reeves and Igor.
Bowyer will have a tough job picking his best XI if everyone is fit, and we'll surely be there or thereabouts. A far cry from the first few games of this season.
I've only seen 2 games this season (including today's) but Prately seems really poor. Loves to drop deep but never seems very effective in helping out the defence and is very slow in counter attack opportunities.
We are a lot better going forward than last year but despite our back line being very solid I think our midfield leaves us too open defensively leading to us letting in a lot of goals.
Overall today had a lot of positives but also a lot of negatives
Lapslie was class again. Taylor was unplayable 2nd half.
Special mention to Reeves who played really well when he came on, be interesting to find out if there was a reason we started the 2nd half with 10 and Reeves still getting changed.
Watched via iFollow too and found it an enthralling contest.
WW are clearly a well drilled side with players challenging for every ball & some neat passing moves.
Thought we suffered from yet another ref's inability to punish their defenders for some dubious close marking, especially in the first 45 minutes. But, hey, what's new !
Second half we made the most of their tiring legs following a fairly gung ho start and boy, did those subs earn their corn today !
Thought Reeves started slowly & could be rather too lightweight for their challenges but he did us proud and will definitely be eyeing up a starting place once he's fully fit.
But the revelation this season is young George Lapslie for sure. What a cool customer he is & how he loves to go forward with both confidence and skill ! And it would appear that Bow is using him very sensibly thus far.
And with the Nabster stepping up to the plate once again, a well earned 3 points was ensured.....
...or so we thought.
No replays on iFollow so can't comment on what happened for their 2nd goal but looked as though we went to sleep.
But, overall, I thought the best team won with confidence growing in the squad with every point gained....even without Fanny's big gob to add to the vocal support.
There's a lot of confusion as to whether the second goal was assisted by Reeves (what I thought I saw, sitting 10 yards away) or Bauer (what the official Twitter feed thought) - what's the consensus?

Everyone can decide based on how highly they rate Reeves.

22/1 on Sarr last goal and 14/1 for 3 - 1 and they concede! : - )
Thought we were poor for long periods but scored in our good spells.
Three of the scruffiest goals you'll see in one game but they all count and it was a deserved win.
I think Bowyer got it wrong with the three up top as it left us lacking in midfield.
Don't think Ajose did much wrong but we looked much more comfortable with Reeves and later Lapsie on. Aribo looked better later but again bim not sure he was playing the right role earlier.
Not sure why we started the second half with ten men.
Steer? Jury still out for me.
Three points and closer to the top six and with Cullen, Ward, Bielik and later Fosu to return.

When people are leaving the covered end walking down the stairs singing, you know we are getting our Charlton Back not had that for a while.
Roland fucks off Boycotters return
Charlton will be back
Interesting perspective that Paulie. I didn't go but, as always, I'm glad we got a win. Last week I watched a great performance at Southend with a terrific atmosphere and a fine result for The Addicks. Despite that it doesn't feel to me that "we are getting our Charlton Back". To me, whatever happens on the pitch or on the terraces is still overshadowed by the fact that he is still here - if that's the right turn of phrase for a man who hasn't bothered to see Charlton for four years.
I feel so far from getting our Charlton back that I didn't even know who were playing today. In fact, it's worse than that. I came out of our local supermarket at about 3.15 today and turned the radio on in the car. They were talking about Wycombe. I didn't know we were playing them but I knew they were in our division and yet I still chose to put some music on instead of listen. All my life I have been interested in Charlton, for decades on end it has been an obsession, yet he has killed that. Are we getting our Charlton back? If it's just me that feels that way maybe we are, I strongly suspect that's not the case though. Attendances and apathy suggest it's far from just being me. My feelings won't change until we have an owner that cares. It's good that the team is winning, but we still have a club with no proper management that is being run by puppets who think they can renege on deals with staff. That is not 'our Charlton'.
I will maintain my boycott. There is no way that he's getting another penny out on me. I'll be back when he is gone. A couple of good wins in a low division and a bit of singing on the stairs is not enough to convince me we're getting our Charlton back.
Watched on Ifollow, the first half, especially the first 30 minutes we were bloody awful. We had no energy, looked sluggish and also our passing was terrible. We picked up after we scored, albeit fortunately, and finished stronger. The second half started the same as the first and we were second best, but after we scored our second we stepped up and deserved our third, then the last 10 minutes or so we backed of again and they got their second goal, to me we were then spoiling the game and hanging on. Overall we 'nicked' it, however I have to saym when we get Cullen, Fosu and hopefully Ward back in the side along with the polish lad, I reckon we could be pushing for a top spot within a few games. Just need RD to go....NOW, and we will perhaps be on the long road to recovery. Overall score for me today across the team....7/10. Special mention to Lapslie, though he was excellent when he came on.

Reeves/Lapslie subs made such a difference, starting XI just didnt work out.
Followed from CdeG waiting to fly home later so look forward to hearing from those who were there, up the Addicks!
Considering how close to the home of international time our ground is the timekeeping for our games is shocking!

Thought Pratley was poor, again.

Well done to all concerned!
Onwards & upwards !
I FUCKING LOVE THIS FEELING.
Great to see our extra quality tell in the end, not sure we'd have won that game last year. Onwards and upwards.

Just need a takeover now.
I noticed you kept getting it wrong in your write up from the Bromley meeting.
Get the poor kids name right.
Lapslie and Reeves made all the difference when they came on and Taylor had an excellent second half.
Conceded two poor goals and were pretty dire in the first half.
We can only get better.

Three goals at home - first time since when?
Winning from a losing position - first time since when?
Special mention to Lapslie, though he was excellent when he came on.
