  • Out of that lot my money would be on Bournemouth

Don't give up your day job

Wearing casual clothing brands and Adidas trainers doesn’t make you a knobhead by any stretch, in fact on this forum a lot were delighted when a shrewsbury fan was knocked out by a Charlton fan - ridiculous planning by the police it really is asking for trouble, I remember when they put Charlton and palace away to West Brom and Birmingham same day and time.

The police are there to do a job some are very ott and love the bully boy tactics must say Charlton’s police that follow us around are fantastic, as long as no one plays up or over steps the mark they are sound.
  • Leaving aside any aggro, from a transport point of view it makes no sense. The trains down from Birmingham will be rammed on Saturday.
  • Perhaps if everyone who is unable to refrain from acting like a tit at, and on the way to and from, football in 2018 grew the fuck up the police could make better use of their time thus rendering such concerns unnecessary.

But no, Herbert has had a few lines and stellas and needs to paper over his inadequacies by dressing up in clothes that cost more than has been spent on nutrition and books in their lifetime and 'avin it with fellow wallies in some misguided cockwomblery quest for validation.

    Should be a good day.

Yours sincerely , from his high horse

How’s life in the mounted division of the met @RodneyCharltonTrotta
I wouldn't last 5 minutes in the met unfortunately.

    At last, the Charlton perspective.
Do we know what type of train they will be travelling on?

I knew that underneath that tough exterior there was a trainspotter!!
  • How come we're at home the same time as Millwall, have they stopped adjusting fixtures to avoid that scenario?

this, i cant remember the last time us and millwall both played at home, i suppose as we are league 1 its lower risk but coventry are probably up there with one of the larger followed clubs - burton albion i can see them not worrying for example.

Thank you so much, my day is now complete.
  • And we have Northampton Saints and Leicester Tigers playing eggball at Twickenham at 3pm Saturday. They will both no doubt be on Northern Line trains from Euston and KX/SP to Waterloo adding to the chaos. Steer well clear!
  • This seems to be shaping up to how I imagine the final scene in Game of Thrones.
  • Somebody better tell Roland not to sell the club this week. Thousands of boycotting Charlton fans suddenly returning to the valley to celebrate could be the tipping point that brings London to a standstill

Was told 3-4 weeks ago by my mate in the Met who now does a lot of the matches that there will be a bigger presence than usual for the visit of Cardiff and they've got a lot on standby.

Easier to have them on standby than not calling them up at all apparently.

    Think they might be needed!

  • Is Watford even covered by the Met?

    No . They’re Hertfordshire police
