So 24 players and we can name what 16 is it per match
So 8 players on between 1k and 4K per week that can’t be picked so at best 32k a month or worst 120k a month of players who are not playing but we have to keep paying
We are a third division club losing money like mad with a shit owner
However as a business you can’t win so you have to balance the books some how
We’ve lost Grant and no one should blame Grant for going
And if him going pays towards the wage bill then we have to suck it up and accept it
The real problem is we don't have an owner that will pump vast amounts of his own money into the club. Where people use ambition, they really mean cold hard cash. We are in the same boat than a lot of league 1 clubs, in fact better off than almost all of them.
People saying Bowyer should get a knighthood, stand named after him, what ever else I have seen? We probably have the 3rd or 4th highest wage bill in the league and are top 6, about par I would say.
That doesn't change the fact that Roland has been a terrible owner and its his, and his awful, then nonexistent SM teams fault.
Totally agree a terrible owner who is so rich that he doesn’t care and doesn’t have to sell as he is quite happy to manage the losses by pulling in the clubs pennies and reducing his own outlay
So it seems only Charlton sell players before getting in the targets. Wouldn't it be nice to keep a player that someone was after for a change because we couldn't get our target.
Bowyer said: “I’m disappointed we couldn’t manage to bring another body in the building. We had it all lined up and we thought it was going to happen but the (other) club stopped it at the last minute because they couldn’t get what they wanted, which is disappointing. It was unfortunate losing Karlan (Grant) and losing out on this one at the death it’s difficult to take.
“We’re still in a good position, we’ve still got a good squad of players and it’s down to us – it’s in our hands where we finish.
“A lot of the clubs around us have spent loads but we’re competing, we’re in amongst them. There are a lot of points to play for, it’s down to us, we’ve got a great togetherness which is so important.”
Lee Bowyer’s pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday’s trip to Fleetwood Town will take place tomorrow morning.

I didn't realise anyone actually took DOUCHER seriously.
I don’t think he takes himself seriously, but he has been on the money recently, and despite all those claiming to be in the know, he is the only one getting it right. If he is just guessing I hope he is doing the pools and the lottery!
He just regurgitates what's on other sites and Twitter.
But today he is the only one literally the only one who said still hearing 2 one perm and s loan. This has been backed up by Gallen now after the Parker signing.
So at the moment he's wrong.
No, and that’s kinda the point. That is what he has heard and reported. Do you believe that Parker is the one that Bows and Galls have been working on for the last couple of months, bearing in mind they have both been talking about bringing in a loan? If you don’t, then you must agree that the Douch was basically correct. If you do, I think you are wrong.
No Gallen said after Parker signing on site working on a loan that would make him right in that he called it all day, if it don’t go through that does not make him wrong does it?
I think you have lost the plot. Do you believe that Parker was the striker we have been after since Christmas?
Did I say he was?
All I am saying is yesterday and today doucher has said 2 in one loan and one perm, that appears to be what is being worked on.
Not sure what you are not getting!
So Parker is the perm. We agree they were/are working on a loan. That is what Doucher said, and that is what is happening. If the loan does not come in, that does not make the information he passed on wrong. Does it? It makes him right.

Yes Katrien, you're right. It's the owner's club and fans just have to accept it.

He sounds pissed off.
You dont bloody sell players unless you get a replacement first
Edit: not Bows, Roland
It’s shit but it is what it is unfortunately
We needed a furkin striker
Just missed out last moment..
For real lets up the protests and get that twat out of our club once and for all
@Scoham pretty much spot on. ITK anybody?
