Roland - talking about purchasing price and operating costs. Land we own and the stadium. He attaches the value of a house in Kensington to that. Says operational costs are prob for buyer
Not about money. Reasonably well managed given the circumstances. When buyer buys club, he needs financial ability to run the club.
Yes, i have affection for Charlton. No problem in general with fans. Done a bad job in giving information out at time. But now past point of no return. Club needs to be sold, Will still sell if we get promotion.
Protests haven't helped getting managers.
Busy with many other things to come. Not a big issue. want fans to have nice time at the Valley.
Not sure about selling players in January. Question is will I be in charge then?
Christmas time of peace and most important thing to enjoy life.
Jim White - not a mess on the field due to Bow and JJ
RD - bit of generic guff, more on the costs of running the club
RD - no prob with fans, again talking about poor communication. That’s the root of the prob. Situation beyond point of return. Club now needs to be sold
Co guest with Jim - ‘does the price go up if Charlton go up’
RD - saying fans’ protests don’t help with attracting new coaches
RD - responding to Jim White about not watching. He’s very busy, there’s a negative spirit
JW - can you assure fans players won’t be sold
RD - haven’t discussed that yet. Will I still be in charge, possibility of sale
He still doesn't understand that his utter incompetance in recruiting smt and football coaches is the cause of our problems, nothing to do with poor comms.

Must be part of Kensington Palace, for the amount he is reputed to be asking!
All bullshit. The main worry - and it's the most obvious one - is the selling of players. If he really does have 'affection' for the club he needs to demonstrate it in the transfer window, but he won't, he'll just sell Aribo and anyone else that can command a decent fee. Christmas time 'of peace and things to enjoy in life'. Well guess what Roland, one of the things I enjoy in life (sometimes) is going to watch my team, so, give us all a great Christmas present, and do one!
Yep, the most alarming thing about that was how he skirted around the player sales in Jan. I would say the only thing we’ve got in our favour is Aribo only has 6 months to run on his contract and clubs would prob only offer half a mill maybe. Most would prob go for a pre-contract and leave for free at the end of the season.
Personally don’t see anyone coming for Taylor now, more likely in the summer. After that, who can he sell that would command a decent fee?

Most of the squad are out of contract in the summer or here on loan.

Comments
Roland - still going on, not handling myself. Buyer still keen.
And still talking bollox. It's all the protesters fault.
Jim White - as fans, he’s responsible, to sell
Roland - whinging about protestors not understanding that he’s trying to sell and they don’t help this

That’s it - usual nonsense
Fair play to JW for following through
