I use smart launcher5, it's a paid one but you can change individual icons, resize them etc, hide apps and have them only accessable by using your fingerprint, swipe gestures and tap shortcuts on the home screen etc, Other than that Nova Prime.

There are thousands of icon packs on the play store, best off just looking till you find one you like.
