They each mentor a younger player which gives the academy player a role model
Thank god they didn't do this when Derek Hales was playing...
In all seriousness we have to be patient with ID I like his approach and I get a sense of the energy and thought he puts into the job. He hasn't had the breaks so far but if you plan properly and think things through you'll get more right than wrong.
