More: the man knocked on my passenger window and said I had an oil leak. I had been on the phone so a little distracted. I thought he was a dog walker. He was white, mid thirties, medium build with a SE London accent. The man who jumped into my car was of similar appearance but I didn’t hear him speak. The man who knocked on my window then ran to a parked vehicle shown here which sped off. They appeared to know exactly what they were doing. The Police has sight of my car travelling down Eltham High Street towards Yorkshire Grey.0

I know this lady, I was at school with her. She's a very nice person and is heavily involved in St Lukes church on Westmount Road. Horrific incident.Curb_It said:More: the man knocked on my passenger window and said I had an oil leak. I had been on the phone so a little distracted. I thought he was a dog walker. I've just spoken to her, she's ok and said it's her pride that is really hurt. She's just spoken to the local press to get the story out there to warn others.0

How were they in the car if she'd scattered them at the weekend?0 -
Scattering them in different locations that meant something to her (the grandmother) perhaps?Rizzo said:

Cutbacks (and spending) are a political decision directly related to who or what people vote for.
Graffiti on Hungerford Bridge going into Charing Cross reads 'don't vote Tory ever'.4 -
as i mentioned, My friend had done 90% of the investigating, because of this they now have prints and DNA to go off, which i understand CID are looking into. crazy aint it, do the job for the police and they take the job on, have nothing "sorry love, nothing we can do, apart from give you a crime reference number"Covered End said:

A copper told me years ago that they generally consider car theft as a job for the insurance companies. I reckon they've extended that policy to house breaking too - or anything else they can wriggle out of - once the crime number has been issued.1
