Can someone post a line-up that I can fecking read !!  Even clicking onto the twitter link doesn't bring up the full 11.....or are we just playing with 4 players.
    Phillips
    Solly (C) Bauer Sarr Purrington
    ..............Bielik
    ....Cullen..........Aribo
    ...........Williams
    ......Taylor.....Vetokele

Bench: Maxwell, Dijksteel, Pratley, Lapslie, Reeves, Marshall, Fosu

Interestingly, no Pearce. But I don't think we need another CB on the bench with that team as Dijksteel and Bielik can cover there.

Thank you. Probably our best line up in relation to the players we have, but no width & would prefer to see Fosu in there playing wide, with either Beliek or Cullen dropping to the bench. Good that we are going 2 up front.
  • What's the pattern?
Crap first half, rally second but not enough to secure points.
    2-1 Donny

    Just got into the ground.
I can't believe the disgusting state of the away end.
Palarse stickers absolutely everywhere. The pricks must of literally stood on one another's shoulders to get them that high up the wall .
Hate the pathetic Nigel pricks with a vengeance.

We couldn't beat them when they had 10 men, let alone the other way round!

Cue shoulder dislocation in the first 5 minutes.

Wonder what will happen with Pearce, not even in the 18, seems to have dropped down the pecking order

He's only just back from injury - although we would need to change shape to accommodate him as it stands

Still not convinced about playing Bielik and Cullen but let's see.

Harsh on Pearce but truthfully we don't have a place for him. Bielik and Djiksteel are both cover for the position and more versatile besides, Pratley offers experience on the bench and again more versatile option. Pearce has done nothing wrong but falls foul of pragmatism sadly (but correctly for me.)

On paper at least, that is probably the best 11 we‘re able to field, certainly for an away game at a fellow promotion chaser. Not sure how many times Bowyer has had that luxury this season but it certainly hasn’t been often.

Hopefuly everyone one is now fit and raring to go. Hoping for a good strong showing from Igor in particular.

Second this. It's just a matter of function.

Usually I'd agree but think its a good idea for these next two games along with the Play-Offs

Against the easier teams we shouldnt be playing them both (at least in Midfield)

I think there’s more to it with Pearce not in the squad. He may have been one who has been unwell or he has struggled a little this week with his ankle. For me, he’s our captain so even if there is no place in the side for him with how Sarr is playing, if he is fit enough and well enough, he will be on the bench.

There are enough players on the bench or in the starting eleven who are comfortable to play in several positions so one of them can be left out, Pearce not being in the squad, for me, is because he’s not 100%.

Otherwise, great team and exactly what I would go for. We will win today.

The thing with this personnel it allows us to play the diamond with Bielik at the base, or it allows us to drop back in to a back 3 with Bielik and Sarr either side of Bauer, Cullen and Aribo in midfield with Williams in a free role behind the front two.

There is good variation with this team and enough quality to get the job done.
