New washing machine fitted Friday. Couple of leaks appeared over the weekend (mains tap and one end of the hose which was untouched). Anyone know someone who wants a job?

    I would suggest you get a pair of grips and just “nip” all the nuts in the first instance. It’s likely to be nothing more than that. Try it first anyway. A plumber is going to cost you a lot of money for about 30 seconds work. Hope that works anyway.

    Tried that on Friday....happy to pay to get it fixed properly before I flood the house.
