In the last couple of weeks my wife has set up an etsy shop - anyone on here done something similar or had any interesting side jobs?
I have done a bit of freelance design in the past which can be quite useful when money is tight. Even did matched betting for a while but generally found it not all it is cracked up to be (I quit that before making a mistake and losing it all!)
PS I would love to help my wife get to 30 people favouriting her shop before her 30th bday at the end of this week - if you have an etsy account please check out her shop:

But it was all I could afford.
With apologies to Woody Allen.
Packed it in after my insurance premiums went up by 2,000% for no reason, so the first 15 jobs I did in a year just paid for that.
Mind you, every time I go past one, I shout out "I designed that" - and they're all still standing.
Also bought and sold football boots on ebay.
Made about a grand a year but soooo time consuming it's ridiculous.
- Judge of International Modelling Competition
- Actor for promotional videos, TV movie
- Posed as an Italian Pizza Chef
- Examining work (expenses paid weekends staying at 5-star hotels)
- Magazine Production
Now I’m back in the UK, I’ve recently had 6 jobs... mostly education related... but.... most excitingly (to me), I currently supplement my teaching work by being a part-time :
- Gamesmaster at an Escape Game company
Barely feels like work at all. Can see all sorts of possibilities in an industry that is booming
(people now want EXPERIENCES, I think due to a lack of connection to others in day to day life)
Didnt like the scouting and never approached parents, it was just a part of the coaching job description. Made some people feel important having that little 'power' to bring a kid in. Never bothered me, didnt get paid extra for bringing a kid in.
