iPods

Does anyone know anything about iPods? Mine had completely died, if I hold the on button down long enough I get a white screen but that's it. Not technically minded at all so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks.

    Afraid I don't know the answer but whenever I have a problem with any Apple product I just Google it and invariably find an answer on what to do.
