Yes but fortunately for me I don't count the opinions of people I don't respect as being legitimate. Though everyone who is laughing with me and likes my posts I very conveniently respect.

What a man you are, rising above the nonsense from others.
Start calling you toenails, you’re so far up his arse.
I have an MSc, attended grammar school and grew up holidaying in Europe. There are worse places to be Gaz.
Can't help but read this in a Dr Evil voice @Radostanradical tbf

The notion that club owners financing a women’s team is automatically to the detriment of the men’s team is dim witted misogyny of the lowest order.
Only that club owner knows if they choose to spend money on one team and not on the other, we fans can't know any of that, nor should we.
It's far more likely that they have discreet budgets.
It is the club owner's decision and none of our damn business.
There is a lot of "I never watch it" coming from the same names which repeatedly insist that "it's shit, slow, etc".  If you ain't watching it, you don't know do you?
If you've seen it and don't enjoy it, that's fair enough but your engagement and knowledge ends there.
Ranting about what we imagine the club owner spends on the football club and how we might know better than they how their funds would be utilised is as infantile as it is deluded.  Just the same as moaning that Loose Women is dreadful telly which you never watch and ITV should spend that money on something 'better' like Unforgotten.

I think Methven has previously been quoted as saying 10% of the budget is spent on the Women's team

Two elements of your own rant are true.

I think I’m right in saying you like a wind up but i thought methven said we spend about the same on the academy as we do on the women’s team

You just have to remember the golden rules when commenting on Womans football.

    1. Never ever criticise a player performance

    2. If the attendance is good excellent keep talking about that but never mention the ticket price.

    3. If the attendance is bad under no circumstances say this.

    4. All pundits on the WSL must have had/have a great career in the Womans game and no one from the men's game can be included. Do not point this out when woman pundits cover a PL game.

    5. Once the game has decided who will be SPOTY for a penalty save and subsequent reaction, do not mention the error the keeper made in the same game which cost England winning the comp. or the subsequent errors she made in the same year which cost Team GB qualification to the Olympics.

    6. Any bad player behaviour on or off the pitch can never be criticised.

Stick to this and we will be fine, break any of these and you will be told you are a dinosaur

And god forbid if you a MALE have the audacity to maybe have a cheeky kiss of a FEMALE player who just won your country the cup. Otherwise you will be ostracized and may face a criminal conviction.

This post is dim witted because Methven has already said that funding the women's team reduces the  budget available to the men's team.

You made a typo, you mean sexually assault a woman publicly. Because thats what he did.
  • Funding is available in different percentages to all teams who go out there officially in the name of Charlton Athletic.
That would include the first team, the U21’s, the U18’s, the Women’s teams, various representative teams at all younger age groups.
When the academy guys parade around the pitch there are loads and loads of them, presumably those guys use club resources.
To isolate one representative team, the Women, and say they are a drain on the club seems unfair.
I mean you can construct a case that says why have well over a hundred young players associated with the club, and using resources, when only a few make it into the men’s first team?
Why pick on the women if the argument is about resources? Is it because the women’s team is at the very bottom of the pecking order?

What Tim did to kiss Gareth in the office was way worse but I doubt many saw it as sexual assault in public.

Maybe had it been now Gareth would of gone to the authorities and Tim would of lost his job and probably never get with Dawn due to him being locked up for a few months. Even Tim's mum can barely look him in the eye when he comes home. The home that had to re mortgage to cover some of Tim's legal fees and it's likely they won't be able to keep up with the payments which would end up with homelessness for Tim and his parents.

He tries to find a job but he struggles due to his criminal record. His confidence and self esteem have all deserted him.

He is now a leaper in society and the future looks extremely bleak and all this because for a laugh he inappropriately kissed a colleague.

You are comparing a sitcom to an actual real life incident ? Sincerely, are you ok ? I'm guessing this is a troll post.

This is the reason I do not kiss my wife for fear of ending up in the slammer.
