    I think it's an eventuality we need to be prepared for as Roland isn't selling. That said, neither his wife or son will be prepared to countenance the losses and won't have the need to save face over the historic losses so will want a quick sale. 

    Totally agree. Roland isn't selling - time we all got used to it.
