Not at all surprised. He has done wonderful things given the circumstances of the club. Gutted if he goes and it would wave goodbye to our chances of promotion imho
As a (very) young child I was devastated when Pitcher left. As a (apparently) grown 30-something man....there will be more tears and tantrums if this happens.
I think I'd be OK with it at the end of the season, especially if we're in League 1. Even if we're in Championship and still have Roland. But if he leaves now I'd be gutted and would really hold a grudge against him, as that's not right at all with us being in the position we're in.
You can just see it now. Bowyer walks, takes Jacko and all of the out of contract players with him and QPR walk the league next year. Oh the joy of being a Charlton fan #WelcomeKarel
Lee Bowyer is believed to be keen on speaking to QPR about their vacant
manager's job, according to Sky sources - but neither he nor Charlton
have received any contact from Loftus Road. - Sky Sports.
Hardly 'Sounding out' at this point. More like Journo noise.

Worthy of its own thread though (or two threads if you're Admin).
Oh, he hasn't actually left yet? Sorry, great manager, great bloke, has to stay.
Will be very pissed off as I think he has a good future with us.
Give him a decent contract now.
Not holding my breath tbh.

He has us in the playoffs, he strikes me as someone who wants to win them.
Bowyer will be here for the playoffs.
Win the playoffs he stays.
Lose them and if he gets a better offer good luck to him.
Just sell the club and FUCK OFF
