  • Why was it behind closed doors?  Was it because of the reputation of the Pro-Direct fans?  Are they known for trouble?

It was a bit draughty when the doors were open.

Dr Bruyne, Mbappe and Darren Purse were the triallists, all playing to impress Bill Gates who was watching his first Charlton match before being announced as our new "international" owner. Obviously they wanted to keep this secret.

Pro-direct academy didn't want anyone to see them get whupped?  Isn't this 16-18 year olds and essentially a school team?

Really hope that he is. Feel a bit sorry for the feller, deserves another chance at least...

Good to see that three of the Trialist brothers got a game. Shame the youngest couldn't get on for the last five minutes.

I thought it was the Trialist family’s father and two sons

Knowing us we would actually end up with 58 year old chiropodist, Dr Bruyne!
