Apart from the 3 FA Cup quarter finals, when else have we taken nearly 4k away outside the m25 in living memory?
Blackburn in the relegation season from the prem? I remember sitting in the Ipswich "home" end when I couldn't get an "away" ticket but doubt that was that many.

Ipswich and Wolves - both in the FA Cup. About 7,000 went to Portman Road, and over 10,000 at Molineux.4

1994 at Man Utd was about 10k.
The two midweek cup games at Anfield in the 90s were pretty big as well.4 -
