How to send a private message rather than posting on the Activity wall

For flip sake have a word.  People are having mares sending private messages today and doing it incorrectly.  I only expect it to get worse over the next few days when people are scratching around for spares/helping people out.

If you want to send a private message click the words that say INBOX then click new message and type in that user's name.  inbox - inbox INBOX - INBOX.  

DO NOT CLICK THE USER's NAME AND THEN WRITE ON THAT WHITE BLOCK UNDERNEATH THEIR DETAILS.  That is the unused activity wall, god knows why it is there but it is.  And everyone can see what is written on there, specially if you are a nosey tit like me.  But more importantly the person you are messaging probably wont.  You wont get an answer and you might miss out on a ticket.

You can’t view the activity wall on a mobile (or at least I cant) so maybe people don’t realise something they can’t see?

I mean @Curb_It would never post a message on there instead of sending a PM.
