Made me laugh last night when Nooral actually wanted to take the credit for selling the Skeleton at a £100 loss whereas it was Ben that sealed the deal.
They were effectively shouting at each other at who would take the credit for this colossal cock up. I think if Nooral had kept his gob shut then he might have made Surralan's discussion that little bit harder
I thought there was going to be a multiple sacking again last night, then the Geordie made the decision a little easier!
I wonder if the blond was leading him on so that he would drop his game?! The Margaret Thatcher lady needs to get the boot soon, I wouldn't employee her.
Phil should have laboured the incredibly poor product selection, instead he just made personal attacks against bulldog chewing a wasp face. Lost it in the board room if you ask me.

He was like a school during August after being told he was fired, he had no class.
I couldn't believe that knowing the two leads that had already been lined-up for them they then went and choose those two products! What a bunch of prats!
There was no way that JT could have stayed, he just didn't know when to shut up, but the PM woman has surely got to go soon!
PM woman is now on the hitlist too - she's made too many enemies but I think AMS knew that he would get at least 1 more chance to get rid of her whereas Phil was really chummy with a lot of people and so might not end up in the boardroom again.
Glad he's gone - was a bit of a spanner and very annoying to boot when he didn't get his own way
It's funny how they all seem really decent people once sacked and then appear on old Smug Face's show.
Just proves that the persona the portray on the programme is all an act.
I liked Phil at first but he really got on my nerves by the end, glad he went.
I still want to punch Ben very hard.
James could be the winner, started very badly but has pulled himself round a bit.
So who are the contenders now? Agree James is in there, but Kate got her first black mark this time, while Mona showed she can sell - and, boy, does AMS like that! Still reckon Kate could come through as she has ability and the back-stabbing qualities required to win. (Was disappointed Chiles didnt ask Phil about her turning on him in the boardroom...)
Think there's plenty of fun and games to come - Debra and Yasmina have a lot more vitriol to share yet, I reckon.
I was very impressed with Mona selling the sleeping bag in the camping shop. She went from having the guy be pretty cagey about buying 24 @ £49 to selling him 60-odd at £45(?).
I loved Phils parting words to Sir Alan. Most of 'em say "thank you sir Alan!" and then slope off, not our Phil - "Its a joke" he says before waltzing off.
Felt sorry for Mona last night, as Johnny Cougar should have been sacked for the cock up over the posters, the crap/half finished leaflets, and the lies to the marketing people.
Mona definitely got the wrong end of the stick. I think Debra should have gone, she was the project manager and totally ballsed up the posters and lied to the marketing. SAS's reason for Mona to go was she wasn't creative enough!!! Debra is so aggressive, she'd start an argument in an empty room!!! I think Howard finally showed some balls and did very well in a sinking ship of a team. Hope Debra and Yasmina go asap, the latter being like a spoilt, yapping little kid when she doesn't get her own way...
I'd have run a two teir campaign and forced all licensed premises to offer free cranberry Breezers to female customers (that odd Bo Selecta bloke in a dress that Mona chatted to for ages would not qualify). I'd then re-position Margate as the slag capital of Britan and start pushing the stag-do market. Get a few east europeans for the poster campaign (Margate - You'd Never Pull Her Anywhere Else Mate.). Here's an initial mock up.
I'd be very surprised if I ended up on the losing team but if I was I'd arrogantly sit there sniffing my fingers while Sir Alan furiously gave me a dressing down. In fact they're looking for people for next year's, I'm off to the BBC to apply. Right now.
[cite]Posted By: Medders[/cite]Mona was the only one who objected to targeting the gay market, yet still ended up getting fired! Nice one Sugar tits!
Every week he makes it clear who he wants to bin and doesn't let the task in any way affect his decision. She's been pretty poor throughout, but it's irritating that they have tasks and the worst performers who do just what they were told not to survive because they're good tv or did well at other times.

I agree, Sugar basically ignores the task and fires who he wants. I feel that he has done that most weeks and rarely ever agree with his decision. Having said that if he's binning first, the one's he doesn't want to work for him I suppost that's fair enough.
But generally I think the Team leaders are the most culpable and escape if he favours them. He's getting rid of the quiet ones at the moment.
Mona was robbed. Debra was terrible and I though Mona threw herself in to the idea. It was always high risk but if they had done some decent posters and leaflets might just have pulled it off (nudge, nudge, wink, wink).

Slapped arse faced women was lucky but yet again PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT AMS TELLS YOU IN THE BRIEFING.

Plenty of other numpties deserved to go before her.
Never mind - they are all pretty pants so I don't care who wins now!

Just me then...
