    Been up there for work a few times over the years, not my favourite city but surrounding countryside is stunning, if windy (it's nearly always windy) landing at airport can be arse clenching. Locals very friendly but buildings are depressing granite grey and in winter very little sun light.

    It usually means narrow streets, in Kinross where I lived, there were several roads with wynd at the end of them, these were in the old parts of the town,
