I'm amazed they don't want to keep him.

He was signed from league 2 for 300k and has clearly proven himself at a higher level and now has interest at championship level, albeit from a side with not much money.

So surely he's good enough for Rotherham.
You can only afford/keep happy one left back if your Rotherham.  Do you think Solly would be happy to stay as second choice in league 1 if we hadn't gone up and his knee wasn't knackered?

Started off as a steady defender, grew into a very fine attacking full back and improved every game,be great to have him back

When financial powerhouses like us come a-knocking it must be hard to turn down.

Welcome back sir. Good to have you on board.

One more centre back and one more keeper and that’s our back line sorted.

    Phillips
    Dijksteel Lockyer Sarr Page
    Pratley JFC Morgan
    Aneke
    Taylor Bonne

Things are looking up. Just need to improve our midfield and then add some depth.

Reckon he's flying out to the training camp for the 'handshake with Bow photo' welcoming him (back) to the club
    I thank you

    3 year deal? That’s very ‘un-Roland’.....
Struggling to think of too many 3 year deals in recent years, was Ajose the last one?

Interesting that Purrington signed a longer deal than Aneke, Bowyer's decision or the player's?

I’m thinking Pearce may be down for the starting berth first up as Sarr has always looked good with an experienced head next to him....

    Plus, he's captain.

Another good signing  , he improved as the season progressed .

Could be just astute negotiation. Like Pratley, he may have been willing to take less salary, for a longer contract.

Just Gallen working within his budget...

Would be very happy if that one more centre back is Bielik filling in there and in defensive midfield.
  • 3 years probably means Page back on treatment table.

He was just on Instagram doing a run in 31 degree heat. I think he’s alright for now.
