Electrically scooters powered should be treated the same as bicycles, with lights and most importantly BELLs so the riders can signal their silent approach.Most cyclists have more kit than astronauts, but don't have bells. !

Bells are useless. A lot of people ignore them. Especially those with headphones on or who are engrossed in their phone.
The human voice however has volume and expressive tone.
Much better.

Pedestrians are suicidal in central London. The amount of people walking through cars in traffic blindly is baffling.

I've definitely seen a huge number of idiot cyclists, but it's evened out by idiot pedestrians.
