Ecstatic Jonny is a game changer. This deal makes sense. He will be on low wages for a year, but if he stays fit and does well he can be rewarded with a new contract by new owners. If we are still skint with Helmet as the owner he will be a free agent and having proved his fitness will have no shortage of offers. THE BAND IS GETTING BACK TOGETHER!8

Excellent, you can tell this lad is very well grounded and thinks about the bigger picture than just money. Tight as things are in SE7, I'm sure he's still getting a tidy wage by the standards of the UK average and he seems to place a greater value than some on being wanted and in an environment he feels comfortable.Very happy to have him, lets hope he can now really put some of those injury worries behind him.8
