    It might not be worse than the other toxins but don't forget the smoke is 'as well as' rather than 'instead of'.

    I don't think most people want to stop smokers having the right to smoke - they just have a problem with them smoking near them or others. I have a problem with parents who smoke in their homes or cars with their kids present. Smokers may be frustrated that their filthy habit is not acceptable in public anymore, but they just have to get over it or find a way to give up or lock themselves away or with other smokers and smoke as much as they like. The minute any non smoker breaths in any of their toxic fumes, we should come down on them like a ton of bricks, and that includes outside too.
