Have a look on Google, MS probably have a hot fix you can install.
Try updating the printer firmware as well.

Winsock is a communication issue. If you’re communicating with a fiery / rip it maybe windows firewall has switched on due to an update or similar. Restart the software or restart the software service in services.msc, then try disabling the local firewall on the PC, then after that if it still fails restart the windows PCs / Firey / Rip.

Windows update has enabled the firewall when it's previously been turned off (check both workstation and print server), or has done a driver update in your network card
AV client update has started blocking connections - disable AV client to test this, if it works after that, you'll need to re-enable the AV client, but fix whatever it calls the 'firewall' part of itself to 'fix' the issue
Network configuration change has given workstation or server a new up and it's now on a LAN that is firewalled off between printer and server. Sounds like this is least likely, since you're asking for IT companies to help it means you probably don't have an IT team - who would have been changing your networking
