Aneke is injured I believe so Gallagher will probably replace him on the bench at the very least. I'd be surprised if all of Kamal, Field and Hemed went straight into the starting XI too given they've never trained with the Club. Cullen is a different case for obvious reasons so could well start.

Bowyer said last week that Aneke would only miss the Blackburn game

We'll have a better idea of Saturday's team selection after Bowyer's re-arranged press conference tomorrow.
Along with Gallagher and the youngsters...the squad of players is unreal & was unthinkable a few days ago...that could possibly be a midtable finish team/squad for us now...hats off to you LB/SG & JJ
Phillips Solly Pearce Lockyer Purrington Cullen Kayal Williams Field Aneke Taylor
Subs Amos Sarr Gallagher Morgan Pratley JFC Leko
Strong squad that.
Reckon that's about right but can see him starting JFC ahead of Field after we won last week.
Aneke might not be fit enough to start either so who knows.
How good is this though to not have a team that picks itself and to have genuine competition for places? We look like we have enough about us now to stay up at least. Going to be an enjoyable season to see what we can do.
Phillips Oshilaja Lockyer Pearce Purrington Gallagher (Lapslie) Pratley (JFC) Cullen Williams (Morgan) Leko Taylor
So Leko the only "new" new boy to start, and only because he is the only Grant-type striker we have. The rest to get starts against Forest Green because unfair to throw them in with only one day's training together as a team.
Team against Forest Green could be something like: Amos Solly (unless new signing) Birch Sarr Stevenson Wiredu Kayal Field Aneke Bonne Hemed
That’s three changes with Solly, Cullen and Aneke in for Dijksteel, Sarr and Lapslie. I expect the likes of Field, Leko, Oshilaja and Bonne to start against Forest Green in midweek.
If Kayal and Hamad are loans then one loanee has to miss out - With Gallagher the least experienced I see it being him a few times this season
Feel for him yet laughing inside at Chelsea if so for the bastards they've been with the pitch and Scott Parker
Subject to his form and ability, LB will want to start him enough times to keep Chelsea happy. He will not want to offend them and lose him and possibly the chance of future loans.
I do not suppose LB gives a f*ck about Scott Parker or the sandy pitch. He is a mature adult, unlike most of our posters.

Hemed will not be a loan, anyway.
